This course was designed for the clinician that has incorporated endosseous implants into their practice and realizes the necessity of learning applicable bone regeneration techniques. It is designed to bring the clinician’s knowledge of bone grafting to the next level.
This one day course focuses on learning techniques to increase the amount of available bone for immediate and future implant placement. Understanding how to handle the “emergency” implant, grafting to repair the ailing implant and techniques including bone manipulation and ridge expansion will be covered.
Both inferior sinus osteotome and lateral window sinus lift indications and techniques will be discussed as well as be a part of the hands-on portion of the course. This full day’s comprehensive lecture and hands-on experience will ensure that you leave the course with everything you need to expand the number of patients in your practice that qualify as implant candidates.
