
Jason Yamada, DDS, MS
Originally from Honolulu, Dr. Yamada received his DDS from USC; and his specialty degree in Periodontics, and a MS degree in Oral Biology from Northwestern University,
Chicago. Currently, Dr. Yamada is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Advanced Graduate Education Program in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at Loma Linda University Dental School. Dr. Yamada has authored numerous articles appearing in peer reviewed journals, and has lectured both nationally and internationally in such locales as Guam, Japan, Spain and Columbia on his ISM techniques. As a result, Dr. Yamada has many patents pending on his
ISM instruments. Dr. Yamada currently practices in Torrance and Irvine CA with an emphasis on implant surgery and restoration, microsurgery and periodontal surgery. He is also an advisor to several implant manufacturers. Dr. Yamada has a no nonsense, simplistic way of instructing biologic concepts and utilizing these in everyday practice. He is the founder of CADS (Center for Advanced Dental Surgery) and has educated clinical specialists on topics such as periodontal, cosmetic and implant therapy. He places over 1,000 dental implants and performs hundreds of ISM procedures annually.
